16th March 2018

We are very pleased to have Greg Cupitt-Jones on board as both an advisor to the school and as a Principal Tutor. Greg has been running a very successful upholstery business in a small rural workshop in Nettlebed, Oxfordshire for over 24 years – the Cottage Upholstery.

Greg is also an active member of the Guild of Traditional Upholsters, The Worshipful Company of Upholders and the Association of Master Upholsters and he has worked for many of the local historic homes including work for the Royal Family.

While Greg specialises in traditional approaches from the 17th and 18th Century, he is well versed in more modern approaches.

Greg has taught at Bucks New University in High Wycombe and at the City of Oxford College as part of the National School for Furniture. Greg has a great deal of enthusiasm for his craft which shows in his desire to help his students to achieve the best that they possibly can.
